Advanced encryption
Vault encryption
Our strongest privacy option. Every submission is sealed with public-key encryption to each authorized viewer's own key — reviewer access is granted by re-wrapping the data key to their keypair, never by sharing a password. You hold the keys; we can't read your data. Good for health information, financial and legal records, and anything where you need to prove only named people can open a submission. If you're collecting protected health information (PHI), our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before you switch it on — and you remain responsible for how you collect and handle the data.

HIPAA-ready · BAA requiredEverything in Pro, plus per-viewer keypair encryption for your most sensitive data — we're structurally unable to read your encrypted submissions. Account customization available.
Compliant use also depends on your setup and a signed BAA before any PHI is collected. A lost account password is unrecoverable by design.
Once your Vault plan is set up, you and each reviewer create a viewer key — and accept the BAA — on your account security page to activate.
